A JOURNEY INTO LOCAL FLAVOURS

Set sail for a meaningful adventure that connects you with nature and people, while respecting the seasons.

Sustainable and responsible living is an integral part of the SAIL & COOK concept. Within the crew, skippers and chefs are particularly attentive to the respect of nature and people. We pay special attention to the sourcing and selection of our supplies. We are committed to provide you with ultra-fresh seasonal products (fish, shellfish, and produce), directly from ethical and accountable local producers. Whenever possible, you will meet our wine, shellfish and fish producers for a chat about their work and production.

During your SAIL & COOK cruise, you will discover the maritime world in all its beauty and vulnerability. The Iles d’Or archipelago is part of the Port-Cros National Park, a protected area that manages the Porquerolles National Mediterranean Botanical Conservatory. The Conservatory is home to 602 species of terrestrial flora, 500 species of algae, 144 species of birds, 180 species of fish and a few other endemic terrestrial species.

All along your time with us, you will adopt good environmental practices: our cleaning products are designed especially for sailing (hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.), we sort, we recycle and we respect nature and the endemic species during our excursions.

We also pay particular attention to the respect and well-being of people. In making sure everyone feels at ease on board, we allow each and all to give their best.

The SAIL & COOK promise

To infuse human and ethical values where sharing, transmitting, and respecting the environment are key components to the journey, in a convivial and simple way… and with a sense of joy!
