COOKING DELIGHTS WITH A CHEF

Our gastronomic cooking workshops are held in the open air and action-packed! Guided by one of our Chefs, you will enjoy a real epicurean challenge!

On board, the sailors are also the cooks! We know from experience that cooking on board plays an essential role in the success of a cruise, contributes to the pleasure of sailing, and further enhances the sense of sharing and conviviality.

Each meal on board is a chance to try out new and creative recipes, guided by a professional chef, always keen to convey his passion and knowledge. You will learn how to prepare, with what’s at hand, tasty menus bound to delight the whole crew. Our Chef knows the area inside out and works with seasonal products sourced from local producers. From preparation to setting up, you’ll learn how to combine flavours and discover the wonders of Mediterranean cuisine.

Cooking classes are held outdoors, in the middle of the action, either at sea or at anchor, depending on your wishes. Moreover, cooking in the open air reduces the risk of seasickness to a minimum. Perfectly adapted to this configuration, your yacht features a large kitchen fitted into the saloon-cockpit, sheltered from the sun and adverse weather conditions… with a 360° view over the open sea! A plancha, a stove and 4 fridges are all at your fingertips. Our large galley is a great place to share and work as a team.

As everyone gathers around the table to appreciate the culinary creations of the day, the spirit of camaraderie and good humour prevails. Preparation, dressing, tasting… the French art de vivre, or art of living, is at its highest when shared!
